By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because our products are made in small batches, an item may sell out after you add it to your cart. If we cannot fulfil part of your order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable items.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where an item is listed at an incorrect price or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider.

Noble Poet cleaners are made for household surface cleaning. Please read the label before use, keep products out of reach of children and pets, and spot test natural stone and unsealed materials first. We are not responsible for damage caused by use on surfaces the product is not intended for, or by use contrary to the label.

Nothing on this site is a medical claim. If a formula causes irritation, discontinue use.

All text, photography, artwork, product names, and the Noble Poet name and logo on this site belong to Noble Poet and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

Limited edition releases are produced in intentionally small quantities and are available while supplies last. Joining a waitlist gives you early access notification but does not reserve or guarantee a product.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
