Shipping & returns

We currently ship across Canada from our studio in British Columbia. If you are outside Canada and would like Noble Poet, write to us and we will let you know when we can reach you.

Orders are packed by hand in small batches, usually within one to two business days. Once shipped, most Canadian addresses receive their order within three to seven business days depending on the destination.

Glass bottles are wrapped and cushioned with recyclable, plastic-free materials. We reuse clean shipping materials whenever they are in good condition, so your box may arrive with a second life already behind it.

Unopened products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cleaning products cannot be resold and are not eligible for return. If a formula is not working for you, please write to us anyway. We would rather hear about it and make it right.

If your order arrives broken, leaking, or incomplete, email us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund, no return shipment required.

We can change or cancel an order any time before it ships. Because we pack quickly, please write to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to catch it.
